Massey Ferguson History The Massey Ferguson Company first got its start back in 1847, but back then it was not at all like the modern agricultural machine giant it now is. As a matter of fact, the creator of the business, Daniel Massey, called the company the Newcastle Foundry and Machine Manufactory.
