Welcome to the Den of the Vespa The Vespa scooter is more than a way to get from place to place - it is an all-time classic. It is a design icon that is still being manufactured today in its classic form. It is a vehicle that has been continuously made in one incarnation or another for over 60 years, and with over ten million sold, it is one of the most popular vehicles ever made.

This site is meant to be a comprehensive destination providing a wealth of information about the classic Vespa scooter. From those who are just beginning their search for a scooter, to the advanced restoration mechanic, you should be able to find something of interest on Scooterlounge. There are a lot of changes happening here at Scooterlounge.com, and I hope that you like them as much as I do. It is hard for me to believe that this site has been on the web since 1996. During that time, the standard for internet design has changed quite a bit.

We did a total re-design of the site in 2007. Though a lot has been added, I still have a large amount of material that is destined for these pages, and I'll be loading it up as I get time. Keep checking back for new content, I hope to have the time to update the site at least once a week.
