Dominos Training Manual

A series of introductory courses covering store operational policies and procedures. The training is self-paced and delivered via an online training portal as well as practical job training and cross training that occurs in the store. Team members receive award badges as they achieve certain levels. Modules covered in the program:.
Policies and procedures. Workplace health and safety. Food safety.
Customer service skills. Safe delivery and scooter safety. Pushbike safety. Security.
Dough making and pizza making. Cleaning. Promotional kits.
